HR & Line Manager Advice
This 24/7 advice line provides Managers and HR departments with access to experts to discuss issues or concerns that they may have relating to their responsibilities and accountabilities as managers. The service provides 24 hour access to the telephone service resources for guidance and support on identifying workplace issues and timely effective response to such issues.

Occupational Health Advice Line
This service provides support and reassurance for employees and employer alike. Our experienced team of occupational health advisors are able to offer practical help and advice on health issues that impact on work and any work issues that impact on health.

The 24/7 advice service will provide guidance, advice and information on aspects such as health screening, work-related health problems – DSE, upper-limb disorders, stress, short-term and long-term absence problems, return to work programmes and infectious diseases.

Telephone Employment Advice Line
Staffed by our in house team of solicitors, this service provides advice and information on employment law, human resources issues, policies and procedures.

Telephone Counselling
FirstAssist provides ISO quality assured telephone counselling services 24 hours a day 365 days a year.  Our in-house team of qualified and experienced counsellors work with a wide range of issues, including emotional problems, work related issues, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, family difficulties, anxiety, and debt.

FirstAssist’s dedicated in house team of qualified and experienced solicitors and consultants offer key telephone advice, information and assistance services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
